I would never make it as a Hallmark verse writer but here goes:

I am having trouble coming up with the words to express how grateful I am for all of your help during this time. Your guidance trough the process of vault, casket and flowers was most welcome. My Mom looked beautiful.....just like she was peacefully sleeping. Your calm demeanor, patience, and kindness spill over on to those that you are helping and make the whole ordeal a whole lot easier to cope with. I know that it is your job but you go above and beyond what is expected of you. You were always just a step away and seemed to anticipate anything and everything, which was truly a comfort. I can't sing either, but if I could, I would sing your praises loud and clear!!!

Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. It is sort of strange to say but I hope that I don't have to see you again for quite a while.....but if I do, I will know that you are as much of a comfort to that family as you were to mine.

My sister and I would like to thank you for the kindness and sympathy you extended to us after the loss of our brother, Mark. It was such a shock for both of us and even now, there are times when it is hard to believe he is gone. We appreciate all you did to make sure our wishes were carried out and for handling, with tact and efficiency some of the small obstacles that presented themselves. You are a perfect fit for the profession you have chosen. Please extend our appreciation to the rest of the staff.

Thank you for all that you have done for my family during the planning and holding of dad's funeral and beyond. Your kind heart and gentle soul shines through all of the grief and sadness you deal with. As I told you, you are definitely working in a field you are gifted at. You made all of the tough decisions easy and everything went so smoothly.

As difficult as the loss of my grandmother has been, it was very comforting having your support through this process. You are a very compassionate and empathetic person, and on behalf of my entire family, we so appreciate all of your hard work and special details that helped bring some joy and happiness into our lives during this time of loss and grief that we’re experiencing.

I cannot tell you how much Josh and I appreciate everything that you did to help us make Myles' memorial the perfect tribute to him! All of the special touches you did to help us honor our little guy, such as the memorial DVD, were above and beyond anything we expected! I watch the memorial DVD often and am so grateful that you made it for us.  I cannot tell you how special it is to us! Your kindness, compassion, patience, and understanding helped guide us through the most difficult experience of our life. Thank you for treating us as if we were members of your own family!

As I now have had a chance to look over my e-mails I find that my cousin in California forwarded me your site and Bill's obituary. I do appreciate that gesture far more than he will ever know.

We want to thank you for the most caring, gracious, kind manner that you guided us through this time of loss and your patience and understanding even when, especially myself, unable to think very well. The picture of Bill, which took my breath away when I first saw it, will always be dear to my heart and the video, which touched all who had a chance to see it. Please thank that individual that composed this so personally and so perfect in every way.

Thank you for all the extra thoughtfulness which I haven't even mentioned and again the kindness and graciousness to all of our family. So many said that they had a peace after being there and that adds to the wonderful memories to help comfort.
